Walk-ins are not available. However, you can message us to check last-minute availability or to arrange a special rental time.
To reserve a paddle board, you will need to provide a valid government-issued ID and a security deposit $200 required for rentals on pickup, will be returned upon returned undamaged equipment. All participants must sign a liability waiver before the rental begins.
We accept e-transfer, secure online payments through our website, and cash payments.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental time are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations will be fully refunded or can be rescheduled.
For your safety, paddle boarding is not allowed in bad weather conditions such as high winds, thunderstorms, or heavy rain. Weather-related cancellations will be fully refunded or can be rescheduled.
We recommend wearing comfortable, quick-drying clothes, swimwear, and water shoes or sandals with straps. Don’t forget sunscreen, sunglasses with a strap, and a hat for sun protection. You may get wet, so plan accordingly!
Yes, all renters must be at least 18 years old to sign the rental agreement. Younger participants can paddle but must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for the rental.
Yes! We invite you to bring your dogs along on our paddleboards. Don't forget to pack a lifejacket for them and a towel to avoid scratching the boards.
